The file below is an interactive Electronic Organizer. You will need Adobe Reader version X or greater to view it. If it is not installed on your computer, download it free from http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
While viewing the organizer on screen you will be able to type information in the gray boxes. Use the Tab Key to advance to the next gray box. When you are finished you should save a copy of the file to your hard drive and then print it out and mail it to us with your 2013 tax information. If you prefer to fill the Organizer out by hand just print it out once the PDF file has been opened.
Next year you have the choice to have your Organizer E-mailed directly to you. Please include your e-mail address on the appropriate line of the Client Organizer and let us know that you want this service for future years.
